Weapon and Armour Proficiency
An enforcer is proficient with all simple and martial weapons, and no armour or shields.
An enforcer loses all class abilities if they wear any armour or shields until it is removed.
When a creature with a soul dies within 30 feet of an Enforcer, he may trap their soul as an immediate action.
The soul is then bound to the enforcer and cannot be freed unless he is killed.
An enforcer can possess a number of souls equal to his wisdom modifier + his enforcer class level
An enforcer may consume a soul's energies in order to heal himself.
As a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity, an enforcer may heal himself 1d8 + caster level
In doing so, one of the enforcer's trapped souls is drained, and no longer usable to him, and is automatically set free.
At enforcer level 5, he can consume 2 souls in a single action, to heal 2d8 + caster level
At enforcer level 9, he can consume 2 souls in a single action, to heal 3d8 + caster level
At first level, an enforcer gains the ability to rebuke undead.
If they have another class that also has the ability to turn or rebuke undead, the levels stack to determine effective turning level
At second level, an Enforcer can empower a single attack with the energy of a soul, granting it bonus damage.
As a free action, he can charge a weapon with the energy of a spirit, giving it 1d10 bonus damage.
The weapon is also considered ghost touch for this attack, and is considered magic for bypassing damage reduction
Doing so drains the energy of the soul, making it no longer usable and is set free.
At 4th level and every 2 levels time, the enforcer may charge an attack with additional souls, giving it extra bonus damage.
At 3rd level, an Enforcer is so attuned to spectral energy; he can command them into an aura.
Each soul in the Enforcer's possession adds a +1 armour bonus to the enforcer
This armour is also considered Ghost Touch
At 7th level, the spirit armour is considered Moderate Fortification, providing a 75% chance to negate
a critical hit or sneak attack as long as the enforcer possesses at least 1 soul
At 3rd level, an Enforcer learns how to channel spectral energy to increase his speed. As long as the enforcer possesses at least 1 soul, his movement speed is increased by 10ft
At 6th level, this increases to 20ft
At 9th level, this increases to 30ft
Hide in Plain Sight
An enforcer can use the Hide skill even while being observed. As long as he is within 10 feet of some sort of shadow,
An enforcer can hide himself from view in the open without anything to actually hide behind. He cannot, however, hide in her own shadow.
At 10th level, an Enforcer increases the range in which he can trap souls to 100ft
He may also, once per day, extract a soul from a living body with a touch attack
The target is allowed a will save to resist this attack, the DC for the attack is 10 + Enforcer level + wisdom modifier
If the target fails the save, their soul is collected by the Enforcer, and the body immediately dies.
